We work in cooperation with Oskar Schunck GmbH & Co, a specialist in logistics insurance, to offer high-quality protection for your shipment. Insurance is always quoted separately and arranged directly through our partner.

Coverage options<\/h4>

You can choose between three types of coverage, depending on how your goods are packed:<\/p>

Comprehensive<\/strong><\/td>Full coverage for professionally packed goods, including breakage and partial damage. Also covers storage for up to 120 days.<\/td>ICC (A)<\/td><\/tr>
Superior<\/strong><\/td>Includes all Comprehensive cover plus compensation for pairs and sets, depreciation, financial loss, and underinsurance waiver.<\/td>ICC (A) + Extensions<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

Vehicles and boats are insured at depreciated value with a \u20ac100 deductible. Their premiums are calculated separately.<\/em>

How to value your goods<\/h4>

To insure your shipment, you’ll need to complete a valued inventory list based on the current replacement value (“new for old”). This means estimating the cost to buy the same or similar item at your destination \u2014 or at origin, plus freight costs. Over- or underestimation may affect compensation.

What\u2019s not covered?<\/strong><\/h4>

Excluded items include:<\/strong>
Cash, jewelry, documents, plants, animals, coins, and precious metals.<\/p>

Excluded damages include:<\/strong>
\u2022 Wear and tear, aging materials, glue loosening, etc.
\u2022 Electrical or mechanical failure not caused by impact
\u2022 Breakage of owner-packed items<\/p>

Coverage is subject to insurer terms and may include exclusions based on geopolitical or regional risks.<\/p>

Claims process<\/h4>

Check your goods immediately upon delivery and report visible damage to our team onsite. Hidden damages must be reported in writing within 30 days of delivery. We’ll assist you with the claim process from start to finish.
