Quality Policy
The most important values of our company are excellence and reliability in our service, responsibility and honorability in everything we do and our genuine care for our customers.
Our company mission is to ensure that we provide our customers outstanding global transportation and freight forwarding customized solutions, delivering our services with delicacy, quality and accuracy. We work closely with our network partners to provide a service which is based on reliability, high levels of service and the trustful execution of the requirements of our clients. Entrepreneurial vision, personal engagement concerning all customer needs (5.2.1.c), excellent relations worldwide, the responsible handling of all goods and a distinctive sense for the logistically viable are values that guide us and our network partners.
Top management of Travelcargo International Removals is fully committed and takes account for the effectiveness of the Management System. It ensures the availability of the required resources.
We realize and measure our quality and our quality objectives within the range of our services in the removals business (5.1.1.b), and use these tools to evaluate our services by customer satisfaction (5.1.2.c) (5.2.1.b) and to provide a continual improvement (5.1.1.i) (5.2.1.d) of our quality management system at all levels within the organization.
Travelcargo International Removals has implemented the Euromovers documented Integration Management System, designed to meet the requirements of the quality standards which are required within the removals industry (5.1.1.f).
Travelcargo International Removals Top management and employees are committed to fulfil this Quality Policy within the range of our individual’s area of responsibility (5.1.1.j). Travelcargo Top management will engage, direct and support persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the IMS accordingly (5.1.1.h).
Travelcargo International Removals Quality Policy and objectives will be reviewed annually by Top Management to ensure that they continue to fall in line with the overall company strategy and the Quality System in general (5.1.1.g).
We communicate our quality objectives to our employees and network partners. Each staff member / Employee is required to become familiar with the contents of this policy (5.2.2.b).
This Policy is available via our presentation material online or upon request. Top Management is ultimately responsible and administer all quality matters.

Environmental Policy
Top Management at ATC Global Solutions Oy Ab – and its division- Travelcargo International Removals, recognizes that preserving the environment is a global responsibility that relies on every individual and on every organization.
As a logistics service provider, the company acknowledges its corporate responsibility and is committed to establish environmental management systems that preserve the environment, minimize pollution and adhere to all environmental laws, legal responsibilities, and guidelines pertaining to employment and activities within our business area.
We acknowledge our responsibilities to the community and recognize the importance of safeguarding the environment against pollution and other environmental risks within the context of our organization. We strive to make caring for the environment a priority and we expect every employee and subcontractor to adhere to this policy and the company´s commitments:
- To focus on reducing fuel consumption and implementing measures to compensate our carbon footprint
- To evaluate our activities to identify the different areas where we can minimize our environmental impact.
- To fully comply with current environmental standards and applicable regulations.
- To strive to reduce pollution and minimize waste in our daily activities and services.
- To promote sound environmental practices within the company employees, suppliers, colleagues and customers.
- To prioritize the use of environmentally friendly contractors, and other transport companies whenever possible.
- To consider, when possible, environmental, and ethical considerations in company decisions and routinely review our environmental objectives
We dedicate ourselves to ongoing enhancements of our Environmental Management System (EMS) to improve environmental performance. We have established processes and instructions with specific targets that align with the areas of our services.
Single and general objectives are defined, implemented, and communicated. We communicate our objectives via our internet presentation(s), as well as:
- Internally, to our Employees and Network Partners
- Externally to the Public and other interested parties
