Export from Finland:

• Travelcargo form 1 (always required)
• Travelcargo form 2 (always required)
• Packing list – sample (required for door service)
• Apart from above we also need a copy of your passport

Import to Finland:

• Import Customs form (always required)
• Packing list – sample (always required)
• Apart from above we also need a copy of your passport

Customs forms for other countries:

Import documents to USA:

• Customs form 3299 (fill out parts 1-5, 7, 9, 10 and on the 2nd page write under description of merchandise “Used personal effects as per inventory” + signature below on page)
• Supplemental customs form (fill out all information + signature)
• Power of attorney (only signature)
• Apart from above we also need a copy of your passport, visa (if applicable) and packing list

• Customs form B534
